We started Tittle & Company because we actually love accounting, but we aren’t very fond of the environment in traditional accounting firms.

We learned from the places we worked that this “work to the bone, don’t have a life outside the office, make sure every hour is billable” approach was simply the “way it is” in the world of accounting firms.

Of course we work hard, always meet deadlines, and do excellent work, but we also intended have a life outside the office with the time & space to live it. So we set about building a firm where…
