CPA, FOUNDER, MANAGING PARTNER
Timothy A. Tittle
Raised in an agricultural family in the Salinas Valley, Tim gained a deep appreciation for the significance of all operational aspects in business success.
Upon graduating from California State University, Chico in 1982, he started his career at a notable regional accounting firm. Driven to create something more distinctive for clients and more fulfilling for employees, he established Title & Co. in 2002.
Tim’s expertise includes financial stability, succession planning, strategic tax planning, and adeptly resolving complex challenges.
Beyond his role as a traditional CPA is an ardent passion for guiding new companies through the critical entity selection process and through income tax and other intricate business complexities.
His dedication to community has spanned many years and includes holding various board positions. Previously on the Board of Directors for Golden Valley Bank, he has also served as an esteemed member of the Chico Rotary Club. Tim’s active engagement with the community mirrors his philosophy of seeking solutions and making a positive impact in every aspect of life.
Chandese D. Meghdadi
CPA, PARTNER
Chandese’s role as a distinguished partner is testament to a dedicated career built on academic excellence.
Graduating from the University of Southern California in 2000, she spent two pivotal years at Deloitte & Touche in Orange County before returning to Chico, where she could be closer to family. After taking on a significant role at a local firm, Chandese would later join Tittle & Co. as Senior Manager in 2012. Her expertise and commitment to financial excellence earned her a Partnership in 2015.
Effortlessly adapting to diverse clients and industries (spanning partnerships, individuals, trusts, and corporate entities), she especially shines in business advisory for closely held companies—enabling seamless successions and meticulous tax planning. An accountant to the core, she delights in nurturing clients’ financial acumen and advocating proactive planning for tax savings.
Chandese contributes to the community as a board member in various local organizations, including Youth for Change.
Eric A. Healy
CPA, PARTNER
Eric serves as a Partner, leveraging expertise in business with a specialization in accounting and management information systems.
He joined Tittle & Company during his final semester at Chico State in 2012. Throughout his career, Eric has consistently demonstrated dedication to his team, always willing to go the extra mile. His team-oriented approach serves as an inspiration to others, encouraging them to exceed expectations.
An expert in time management and effortlessly adaptable, Eric approaches every client with patience, attentiveness, and clear communication. His doctrine is to treat every client’s business as if it were his own.
Though his journey began in the Bay Area, he discovered a profound connection to Chico and now considers it his true home. He cherishes quality time with his wife Merrit and son Reese, and finds joy playing guitar and piano, brewing his own beer, all forms of golf, riding bikes, exploring new restaurants, as well as traveling and camping.
Jessica Erickson
CPA
Jessica is a driven professional with a passion for continuous growth and development.
Graduating from Chico State in 2018 with her accounting degree and becoming a licensed CPA in 2020, she has cultivated a strong foundation in accounting and leveraged her many years of experience on the softball field to develop essential career skills. Born and raised in Paradise, Jessica carries with her a strong sense of community and a commitment to excellence that extends to her work interests, which include compilations/reviews and tax research.
With a natural curiosity and strategic mindset, she thrives when analyzing complex data and provides unique, valuable insights.
Beyond professional pursuits, Jessica enjoys various hobbies. An avid disc golfer, she appreciates the strategic and outdoor elements of the game—fostering a competitive spirit while enjoying the beauty of nature. You’ll often find her at one of her favorite restaurants, or cuddled up with her dog, Rufus, and/or cat, Buster. She strongly believes in creating a harmonious work-life balance, recognizing that personal fulfillment enhances professional success.
Robert Schumacher
CPA
Robert is a Certified Public Accountant with a deep passion for accounting and numbers.
Through meticulous attention to detail, he ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Beyond the world of accounting, he finds joy in simple pleasures like taking leisurely walks in the park with his furry companions. The calming ambiance of nature and the company of his dogs serve as a source of inspiration and rejuvenation. This balance between professional dedication and personal fulfillment reflects his commitment to maintaining a work-life balance.
Sue Maligie
CPA
Sue is a Certified Public Accountant who joined the Tittle and Company team in 2019.
She graduated from Chico State in 1981 with a degree in Finance. She went on to take accounting classes at University of Texas, Dallas and earned her MBA from Chico State in 2008.
Sue began her public accounting career at KPMG where she found a love for taxation. She has over 40 years of experience in financial management, both in the public and private sector. Over the course of her career, she founded and managed a company that became a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company. She has served in senior accountant and senior tax accountant positions, on various boards and as Director of Accounting Operations at Chico State.
For the past 10 years, Sue has had the opportunity to share her knowledge and skills in accounting and management with students as a Lecturer at Chico State. She is also a faculty advisor for Phi Chi Theta business fraternity as well as advisor to accounting students involved in the volunteer income tax assistance program (VITA).
Sue can see the “big picture” even when knee deep in the details. She has strong analytical skills and is an excellent problem-solver. She appreciates the unique beliefs of different people and enjoys making them feel comfortable in our local setting.
Lucas Lantz
TAX ASSOCIATE
A recent graduate of Chico State in 2023, Lucas brings a fresh perspective to the world of accounting, emphasizing precision and compliance in his professional endeavors.
Having grown up in Chico and spent his entire life here, Lucas has an intimate understanding of the community and its dynamics. Beyond the spreadsheets and financial statements, Lucas discovers his passion in the exhilarating world of biking.
This energetic pursuit not only serves as a source of joy and inspiration but also highlights his commitment to a well-rounded lifestyle.
Demonstrating a balanced approach, Lucas combines his dedication to financial accuracy in his professional pursuits with an enthusiasm for adventure. This dynamic perspective transcends the confines of the office, showcasing a multifaceted individual ready to embrace the challenges and thrills of both work and life.
Cheryl Davis
OFFICE MANAGER
Cheryl's diverse background and expertise makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
She graduated from CSU, Chico with a degree in Political Science and acquired her Paralegal Certificate. She later ventured into the insurance industry, becoming licensed in California Property & Casualty Insurance as well as Life & Health Insurance, where she gained invaluable experience over the years.
Her innate ability to prioritize people's needs and well-being aligns perfectly with the values upheld by the company. Clients find comfort and confidence in her capable hands—and she’s honored to serve them.
In addition to exceptional people skills, Cheryl's effectiveness and efficiency are second to none. Every task throughout her day is meticulously planned and executed, ensuring nothing is left to chance. Amidst her hard work, she infuses the office with joy, making it a fun and welcoming space for everyone.

Heather Bainbridge
BOOKKEEPER
Heather is an in-house bookkeeper at Tittle and Co. with a bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from Cal Poly State University, Humboldt, and a minor in business administration.
For over two decades, Heather has called Chico her home, establishing deep roots in the community. Throughout her career, she has explored diverse sectors, including government, manufacturing, IT, and healthcare. This breadth of experience has equipped Heather with a unique perspective, enabling her to adapt to different environments and challenges with ease.
Heather's attention to detail and strong work ethic shine through in her role as a bookkeeper, where she ensures accurate financial administration for Tittle and Co. Her understanding of business operations and proficiency in financial systems enable her to excel in her responsibilities. Heather is a Quickbooks Desktop certified user and is currently studying for her Quickbooks Online certification.
Outside of work, Heather spends time with her grown children, gardening, running, and cooking. Being a recent empty nester, she plans to pursue a hobby in backyard horticulture and her passion for upcycled clothing.
Heather's dedication, and diverse background make her a valuable asset to Tittle and Co., where she continues to make a significant impact in her field.
